In the past, I have read several self-help books and each one has helped me a lot. This book starts with a prologue, where the author has written about her life and how after a certain period of time she stopped looking at the people and decided to bring changes in herself. This book is an honest representation of her life experiences and how we can also learn and improve our lives from this.
Divided into three parts, this book talks about each and every element which one needs to sort out in order to live a happy life. This section focuses on basic emotions of life like happiness, negative thinking, ego, the noisy mind, living in the past, suppressed pain, anger, and worry. Don’t you think each one of us has gone through these emotions? How did we tackle with them? Did we literally suppressed them or let them flow? This chapter practically answers your questions and helps you to deal properly with your emotions.
The second chapter talks about the further element responsible for our emotions and that is the awareness in life, making a conscious choice and taking responsibility for your life. This section literally identified the importance of awareness, choice, and responsibility in life and how you can embark on the right path by a just little alternation in your thought process.
The last and third section dedicates to all the couples and parents. In this, the author has talked about the miseries of matrimony, parenting, self-esteem & children, troublesome teens and in the autumn of your life. In today’s world marriages are breaking, children are getting spoilt and we are stressing out for our old age. This chapter wisely describes the tips and tricks through which we can tackle all these problems.

The author has managed to write this book without any hard words thus keeping it simple for all kind of readers. Though it is a non-fiction book it doesn’t make you bore.
I am so glad that I read this book. This book is beautifully written and I am really thankful that I got a chance to read this book. This book is not among those where the self-help tips will be blabbered all over you but this is the book which will talk with you like an experienced friend. The tips given by the author are so practical and impressive that you really want to follow those tips in your life. This book will in a true sense feel, deal and heal your problems. From the career orientation to marriage life to old age, this book gives an insight of each and everything. Do not miss this book, you will start looking your life in a different way after reading this book.
